The Sussex Mineral Show - Haywards Heath

The best show for mineral specimens in England!

This is a small, warm and friendly show run by the Sussex Mineral and Lapidary Society (SMLS), with an emphasis on mineral specimens, including competitive displays.

The show is open to the public from 10am to 4.30pm. Tickets are purchased at the door - Adults £2.50, Children 50p, Rockwatch Members free.

The show is set in Clair Hall in Haywards Heath, spread through three rooms of mineral dealers, plus a UV mineral fluorescence display, kids' activities including fossil hunting, and a great cake stall!

The show has special exhibits with quality minerals to be seen and often competitive mineral displays.

The Competition theme for 2015 was 'Mineral, Fossil and Lapidary Displays', and talks included Amber: Howard Zelley. Black Smokers: What's New? Richard Herrington (NHM).

The Crystal Classics Stand
