New Specimen Update 12 October 2017

Hello Everyone,

This week's new specimen update is an excellent selection of minerals from several classic Worldwide locations including:

  •  Waxy, yellowish-green Bromian Chlorargyrite (Embolite) from Block 14, Broken Hill Proprietary Mine, NSW, Australia.
  •  An aesthetic coal-black Ilvaite crystal with green-grey Quartz from Hexigten Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China.  
  •  A perfectly terminated, cornflower-blue crystal of “Aquamarine” Beryl from the Gilgit district, Northern Areas, Pakistan.
  •  Spinel twinned Galena crystals from Dal'negorsk in the famous Kavalerovo Mining District of Primorskiy Kray, Russia.
  •  A fine cabinet specimen of Ludlamite on Siderite from the Cabeça do Cachorro Mine in São Gabriel da Cachoeira, Brazil.
  •  A stunning Synchysite-(Ce) on leucocratic gneiss from Pizzo Bandiera in the Mount Cervandone area in Piedmont, Italy.
