This world beating Iron ore deposit was possibly mined in the 8th century and is envisaged to continue until 2020. The specimen of Flos Ferri has a display face loaded with excellent convoluted snake-like formations of Aragonite measuring to approximately 3.5cm long. A specimen has a lovely snow white colour, and silky to chalky luster. Beautiful!
