A rare specimen displaying excellently terminated crystals of Atacamite from the Mount Gunson Mine, Australia. The specimen shows three prominent crystals at the front of the specimen in prismatic form measuring to 2.3cm, in a divergent array. There are several further terminated crystals of Atacamite on the specimen, lining a shell like bowel of brown to black Goethite Gossan matrix. The colour of the Atacamite is from a rich green to a lustrous deep green at the crystal terminations. A fine specimen of Atacamite from the mine.
