A stockly set sharp crystal of Azurite is a feature of this specimen from probably the best African location for the species at the Tsumeb Mine, Namibia. The lustrous crystal displays admirably at the apex of the specimen, with a deep royal blue colour. On a matrix of white drusy Dolomite over a red Dolomite. The reverse of the specimen also has areas of further Azurite with minor Green Malachite. A fine crystal specimen of Azurite from the Tsumeb.
