Azurite on Malachite

ID: CC3235

Two well developed inter grown crystal clusters of deep royal blue Azurite on Malachite from the Oumjrana Mine, Alnif, Morocco. The individual lustrous Azurite crystals are tabular in habit and are sharply formed, the over all group measuring to 3cm. A botryoidal light green Malachite is the host for the Azurite crystals, and is a pleasing colour contrast.
