A classic combination of two definitive species from the Tsumeb Mine, namely Azurite and Cerussite. The Azurite forms very lustrous deep blue tabular to blocky crystals to 1cm, many crystals displaying deeply rooted royal blue internal reflections. A few Azurite crystals display partial to complete alteration to green Malachite. The Cerussite forms near reticulated crystals mostly concentrated on one side of the specimen. The crystals are translucent with some gemmy areas, and measure to 3.6 by 1.6cm with other Cerussite crystals scattered on the Azurite. A fine specimen of Azurite with Cerussite from the Tsumeb mine.
