A superb specimen of intergrown lustrous dark blue Azurite and pale green Malachite. The Azurite is in spherical clusters of tiny bladed crystals, forming a botryoidal crust. The Malachite appears to have overgrown in a smooth botryoidal growth, becoming stalactitic in places, attractive green with slightly velvety lustre. Further Azurite forms tiny isolated blades scattered over the Malachite, and a small cylindrical cluster on top on the Malachite 'stalactite'. A very attractive classic Arizonan Malachite and Azurite.
