Lustrous terminated crystals of Baryte on this specimen display a major prismatic crystal measuring to 7.3cm tall, with several more in parallel to one side. The Baryte crystals are colour zoned from a translucent light brown to a mid-brown, due to successive depositions of Baryte. A specimen from the Iron mining area of Frizington, Cumbria.
