An intriguing stalactite formation of Baryte from the Machow Mine, Poland, a well regarded location. Finger like structures of the specimen are completely covered in well developed crystals of very lustrous Baryte crystals. The Baryte crystals measuring to an average of 5-7mm are tabular/bladed in habit, with a light tan colour. Light Yellow Native Sulphur is the matrix on which the Baryte has grown. Later developed crystals of Native Sulphur are sparsely scattered over the Baryte crystals. A gorgeous specimen from the mine.
