A classic English Baryte from the Dalmellington Iron Mine, Frizington. The specimen is a parallel composite formation of three main crystals of Baryte, measuring to a combined height of 11.3cm. The crystal displays at least three phantom growths from a light chocolate brown to colourless at the termination. A small amount of creamy Dolomite is in association.
