A classic Yorkshire Baryte from Ivy Scar ('Wet Grooves Mine'), North Yorkshire. The specimen of Baryte displays many excellent chisel habit crystals, measuring to 2.5cm, in a stellate like configuration. Crystals of Baryte are translucent white with a secondary formation of creamy Baryte. An excellent crystal specimen.
