A fine inter grown crystal specimen of classic Ales and Cakes Mine (part of the large United Mines, Gwennap) Baryte. Crystals of bladed Baryte measure to 2.6cm tall in an open form, with the characteristic translucent grey-green colour, associated with grey-green Chlorite and sparse metallic yellow Chalcopyrite. A great specimen of a classic Baryte from the mine.
