A fine display of classic Baryte from the Pohla mining area in Germany. Crystals of Baryte measure to 3.2cm, as single crystals several double terminated, and in parallel groups. Very characteristic lustrous translucent to gemmy golden brown colour. The crystals of Baryte have formed on part of a Quartz epimorph after a cubic Fluorite crystal. A great small cabinet specimen of Baryte from the area.
