A polished columnar specimen of Baryte variety Oakstone, from the true location for this form of Baryte, namely at Arbor Low, Derbyshire England. The specimen shows excellent deep brown leopard-like spots. Set within varied shades of light to mid-brown. At the two ends of the specimen, a close annular stalactitic radial structure can be seen. A fine small cabinet specimen of this unusual and historic variety of Baryte.
