Bright yellow platy crystals of the rare Iron Uranium Phosphate Bassetite are to be seen scattered all over the specimen from the Type locality at Wheal Basset. Crystals of Bassetite measure to around 2mm set in a black matrix of possible Uraninite and minor green Malachite. A rare specimen from the mine.
