A choice specimen of Benitoite from the Dallas Gem Mine, California, USA. Beautiful inter grown cornflower blue crystals of the Barium Titanium Silicate Benitoite richly cover the display face of the specimen. Crystals of Benitoite measure to 1.5cm showing the distinctive triangular habit. Sparsely scattered rare  orange brown crystals of Joaquinite-(Ce) are seen under magnification, with white areas of Natrolite. A fine specimen of a comparatively rare mineral.
