A parallel habit crystal specimen of Aquamarine from the Granite Mourne Mts, North Ireland. The largely gemmy Beryl shows a crystal measuring to 3.3cm, with several further crystals attached, having an aqua-blue to pastel blue colour. Beryls from the Miarolitic Granite were rare. Cavities usually only contained Quartz-Fleldspar and Mica, with rare Topaz.
