Translucent yellowish to brown crystals of Beudantite coat one side of the specimen. The crystals are well formed and measuring to just over 2mm. The crystals have a vitreous lustre which gives the thumbnail a sparkle. Yellowish finely crystallised Beudantite is between the larger crystals, and through the matrix. Some of the best crystals of Beudantite come from Tsumeb.
