Beudantite

ID: CC2364

Translucent yellowish to reddish brown crystals of Beudantite coat one side of the matrix. The crystals are well formed and cube-like measuring to just over 1mm. The crystals have a vitreous lustre which gives the thumbnail a sparkle. Yellowish finely crystallised Beudantite is between the larger crystals, and through the matrix. Minor colourless elongate crystals are also present. Some of the best crystals of Beudantite come from Tsumeb.
