A rich specimen of rare Bismuthinite crystals from the South Crofty Mine, Pool, Cornwall. Fine acicular crystal of metallic grey Bismuthinite are seen clustered on the surfaces of the specimen. Overgrown on deep tan rounded crystals of Siderite, on a cellular Quartz matrix. The underside of the specimen also bears well developed acicular crystals of Bismuthinite in the cellular Quartz, with scattered Siderite crystals, and a single colourless cubic crystal of Fluorite. A particularly rich Bismuthinite from South Crofty.
