Two crystals of blue-grey gemmy-translucent Boracite are seen on this specimen from the Premium Salt Dome at Segeberger Kalkberg, Germany. The Boracite crystals show a rounded form dominated by development of octahedral faces, truncated by a small cubic face. Boracite crystals individually measuring to 0.7cm and 0.5cm respectively, having formed in a creamy crystallized Anhydrite matrix.
