The crystals displaying colourless gemmy to translucent prism faces passing to a milky white termination.  The Calcite crystals are pleasingly terminated by a flat pinacoid, with triangular appearance, (some are more hexagonal). The crystals also show lines of probable black Mn oxides between them. An excellent specimen of Calcite from the area.
