A rich example of crystalline Cassiterite from the Conubian Peninsula. The Cassiterite forms a thick layer of intergrown crystals to 1.2cm, on a Tourmalinized granitic matrix. The colour is mainly black with some resinous brown. The Schorl Tourmaline forms black bundles of acicular crystal to 1.3cm. One for the Cornish Tin collector.
