A sparkling bed of sharply formed Cassiterite crystals richly cover one surface of a Goethite coated Quartz-Killas veinstone. The Cassiterite crystals measure to 3mm and are very lustrous, with a deep brown to black colouration. The specimen comes from the celebrated tin mining county of Cornwall.
