A rare historic specimen of Cassiterite from the Bejewans Tin Stream Works, Sancreed, Cornwall. The specimen once in the Baroness Burditt-Courts collection, and was collected/mined in 1856. Large areas of deep brown stream tin (Cassiterite) with a near fibrous structure, are seen mostly covering a milky Quartz matrix. A great specimen for the historic mineral collector.
