Excellent crystals of Cassiterite in prismatic habit (sparable tin) measuring to 1.3cm are richly formed on the matrix with white crystals of Quartz, from the Viloco Mine, Bolivia. Crystals of Cassiterite are lustrous black to very dark brown in colour, pleasingly contrasted with the white Quartz. A fine specimen of prismatic Cassiterite from the mine.
