A sparkling druse of lustrous Cassiterite crystals on Quartz from the very old Bunny Mine in the heart of the St. Austell china clay district. A thick deposition of Cassiterite mostly covers the Quartz matrix, with prismatic gemmy crystals protruding through the Cassiterite. The matrix and crystals of Quartz are included by blueish grey Tourmaline needles. A rich Cassiterite specimen from the mine, from the Nick Carruth collection. The specimen also has a Sir William Serjeant (1857-1930) label on the specimen.
