A weighty example of Cassiterite tin ore from the world famous Levant Mine, Trewellard, Cornwall. The 'Tin Stone' is a deep browny-green Chlorite heavily embedded with Cassiterite. There are lots of small cavities lined with sparkling micro-crystals of Cassiterite.
