Interesting Cornish specimen of Cassiterite, variety 'Wood Tin'. Milky Quartz is intergrown with thin dark brown bands of Cassiterite and peach-coloured K-Feldspar (Orthoclase). Cross-sections of prismatic Quartz crystals can be seen measuring to 1cm outlined in 1mm thick bands of Cassiterite. The Cassiterite is also seen as thin veins through the K-Feldspar.
