A lovely miniature of lustrous octahedral Magnetite crystals from the Banat Mountains in Caraş-Severin County, western Romania. The black metallic crystals form opposing four-sided pyramids to 1 cm on edge and completely cover the top display surface of a solid matrix of Magnetite. A great example.
