Well developed crystals of Native Copper form linked chains across and extending out from a white and biscuit-tan matrix of cryptocrystalline Calcite.  From an unrecorded locality within Siberia, Russia, the Native Copper has a rich and varied patina, ranging from reddish and golden bronze shades of copper through to darker shades of chocolate-brown. Individual crystals measure up to 1.5 cm long and tend to merge into one another to form simple linked branches.  A terrific example of well crystallised Native Copper from Siberia.
