Beautiful, lustrous rich purple mauve crystals of Vesuvianite stack-up to form an intermeshed cluster from Jeffrey Mine - the classic Canadian location for Vesuvianite. Densely intergrown crystals of Vesuvianite measure to 1.5 cm on a slightly green tinted Diopside matrix. Magnificently coloured purple and green Vesuvianite is a classic for this locality and this quite exceptional miniature is up there amongst the best and richest of colours.
