A glassy and transparent colourless blocky crystal of Anglesite to 1.6 cm displays well in a 2.5 x 2 cm cavity in a vuggy Galena matrix from the famous Wheatley Mines near Schuylkill Township in Pennsylvania, USA. Other similar, but smaller, Anglesite crystals sit is adjacent vugs which are lined with rusty to cream limonitic coatings. A great specimen of Anglesite from the classic Wheatley mines.
