ID: CC11808
A fine contrasting colour specimen of two halves with bright red to orange-red well-formed bladed Crocoite crystals measuring to 6mm. To one side of the specimen are particularly well-formed very lustrous black platy microcrystals of the rare mineral Vauquelinite in ridge-like cavities. On the characteristic light coloured matrix for the Berezovskii mining area in Russia. An excellent specimen of the three species from the area. And comes with an old Krantz in Berlin label.
