A striking thumbnail of orange Vanadinite crystals attached to a small chocolate-brown matrix of Goethite/Hematite from Taouz in Er Rachidia Province, Morocco.  The Vanadinite forms four interpenetrant blocky hexagonal crystals with broad, opaque tangerine frosted pinacoids and short bright glassy, orange prism faces.  Mineral specimens in shades of orange occur infrequently, making this a stand-out Moroccan Vanadinite.
