Andorite is a relatively rare lead-silver-antimony sulphosalt which characteristically forms foliated masses of aligned silvery-gunmetal metallic crystals, with the texture of rough tree bark.  This fine example is from the San José mine in Cercado Province, Oruro, Bolivia, and is composed of numerous sub-parallel crystals, many with an attractive pale golden-peacock blue to pink iridescence.
