A tightly intergrown group of cream Cerussite crystals with no attached matrix from the Leadhills mining district in South Lanarkshire, Scotland. The specimen is made up of bundles of parallel acicular crystals often to about 2 cm in length that are intermeshed in a jumbled array.  The crystals also exhibit light grey areas and small buff patches.  A good miniature Leadhills Cerussite with an old unprovenanced handwritten label.
