A beautiful and eye-catching group of brilliant-lustre Cassiterite crystals from the St. Agnes mining district, on the coast north of Redruth in Cornwall, England.  The crystals are translucent clove-brown with glassy faces, measure up to 0.8 cm across and are embedded in massive milky-Quartz, forming part of a granitic Quartz veinstone.  A fine Cassiterite from this northern offshoot of the Carnmenellis granite stock.
