This specimen, from Niederschlema in the Schlema-Hartenstein mining district of Saxony, Germany, has a 2.5 x 1.0 cm area densely invested with well-formed, sub-mm Argentopyrite crystals, of silvery-grey with occasional hints of bronze-tan where crystals are less tarnished. This cluster of crystals rests on a pinkish Quartz matrix displaying strong foliation.
