A spectacular cabinet sized specimen of lustrous and glassy colourless beryl and toffee-orange Scheelite crystals richly embedded within a carpet of silver-white blades of Muscovite mica. This specimen is from the renowned mining district around Pingwu at Mount Xuebaoding, in Sichuan Province, China.  Four excellent octahedral Scheelite crystals sit amongst the Muscovite, the largest of which measures up to 2 cm on edge, with all four having perfect terminations. The tabular Beryl crystals are spectacular and are richly developed across the specimen, the largest measuring 5 x 3 x 1 cm.  These crystals are all the colourless variety of Beryl, termed Goshenite; they are water-clear and mainly gemmy, with perfect crystal development and a highly reflective glassy lustre.  A wonderful Scheelite with Beryl from Pingwu in China.
