Calcite with Malachite

ID: CC15325
A colourless, semi-transparent rhombohedral Calcite crystal measuring 1.7 x 1.6 x 1.2 cm, with attached and partly included turquoise-green Malachite.  The Calcite branches to form two smaller rhombohedral crystals, both of which have similar Malachite inclusions across their back faces.  The crystals have some micro-nicks along their edges, although these are not apparent when exhibited and viewed from a typical distance.  A lovely thumbnail.
