Well-formed crystals of the rare mineral Gratonite, a lead-arsenic sulphosalt, individually developed from 1 to 3 mm in a fine radial cluster of light metallic grey, perched on top a light coloured matrix. The trigonal crystals appear almost cubic at first glance are a well crystallised example of this species. This fine small miniature of this rare sulphosalt has additional scattered crystals of Gratonite around the specimen. From Cerro de Pasco in the Pasco Department of Peru, the specimen comes mounted on a square clear acrylic base.
