A choice miniature of beautifully crystallised, transparent to translucent, milky-white Cerussite crystals from and typical of Brandybottle mine near to the village of Reeth in Swaledale, North Yorkshire, England.  Part of the Old Gang Mines, Brandybottle mine is famous for this habit of Cerussite.  The crystals are thin and delicate but remain lustrous, fresh and undamaged within the vugs of the orange-tan granular Baryte matrix and display well their three dimensional reticulated habit.
