A superb old-time specimen of bright silvery Native Silver from the Pribram mining area in the Czech Republic. Excellent wires of twisted and curled measuring to 4mm thick are pleasingly concentrated over a 3.5cm x 2cm area. Associated with light brown translucent intergrown lenticular crystals of Siderite and scattered crystals of Quartz. Also on the specimen are areas of mixed Acanthite/Galena, on a light coloured rock-matrix. A fine Native Silver specimen from the old European mining area, and comes with an old label.
