A very fine specimen of intergrown well-formed crystals of Pyrargyrite measuring to a substantial 1.4cm from the Jáchymov District, Czech Republic. Crystals of Pyrargyrite have reddish metallic colour with some areas of a metallic blue overtone. A very pleasing old-time specimen from this famous European mining district very seldom seen with well-formed crystals in contemporary collections.
