A very rare specimen of Azurite from the Pikedaw-Grizedales Veins near Craven in North Yorkshire, England.  The specimen comes with two very detailed labels conveying much information, plus a folded map of the locality.  A 2 mm thick layer of massive Azurite covers a light grey matrix and varies from light to mid azure blue with a matt lustre.  A very rare location piece.
