Chalcosiderite

ID: CC18189
Crystalline, sparkling dark green Chalcosiderite covers most of the display face of a rusty Killas matrix, from Phoenix United mine at Minions close to Linkinhorne, Cornwall; the joint type locality for this species. The Chalcosiderite forms spherical and hemispherical clusters averaging 2 mm diameter across the display surface. These are not without occasional bruising; this being reflected in the price. However, it remains a fine and rich example from Phoenix United mine.
