An equant, well-developed complex Pyrite crystal 5 mm in diameter nestles in a creamy-white, sucrosic microcrystalline Dolomitic matrix adjacent to a pair of Tourmaline crystals. From the classic Swiss locality of the Lengenbach quarry in the Binn Valley, Wallis, the Tourmaline is most likely Dravite, but this is unconfirmed, and occurs as bent, striated prismatic crystals (unterminated) which lie flat across the matrix. A good example of Pyrite and Tourmaline from Lengenbach.
