Wulfenite

ID: CC18810
This small miniature Wulfenite is from the classic San Francisco mine in Sonora, Mexico and is a splendid representative specimen of this wonderful material.  The Wulfenite crystals occur as thin intermeshed tabular blades up to 1.3 cm on edge and vary from opaque to transparent.  Their colour is a striking acidic-neon deep lemon-yellow, with hints of orange-yellow, all with the most brilliant lustre.  This is a superb Wulfenite from the famed San Francisco mine in Mexico.
